"Global" /msg for friends

My suggestion is for talk with your friend when he enter to the server.

Example:
DarashgiSon has joined the server
*Me in my head* :O I want play with him
Tomve_Matz: /"FriendMsg" DarashgiSon Hey! Let's play Skywars come to lobby 11
DarashgiSon: /r Oki!

That not global because I can't /msg my frined if he areb't in my lobby

I ment, if he is in another lobby, another game etc, you should still be able to PM him. :)
