Lucky Islands triple tnt wand kill

In science i got a TNT wand (overpowered version) and then i decided to use it on someone and im pretty sure they saw it come at them, but they stayed still. then 1 of his teammates walked towards one of the side tnt's and just before it exploded another teammate and being the last one walked over to the same side tnt and they all blew up.

It was like no one noticed the tnt
