I mean. If it randomly stops I guess it's either lag or you need to practise bridging. Because I never fell.

its either because you jump too early, you move your mouse to far up or because you spam click instead of holding

Its probably high ping or server lag, I used to have this problem when I played on console, I would just try mj bridging instead of jump bridging, its the same speed but you can catch yourself if the bridge stops. (Look it up if you dont know what it is, it is very similar to jump bridging).
It could also be user error.

It may can be ur mouse lag, or smt other try some things to solve the problem

I think ik an answer to this situation it use to happen to me it turned out to be the place where I was holding the click on the mouse just stoped working randomly at times so I avoided that position now am bridging

Most likely your crosshair is going off the blocks while bridging for example if you look diagonal while bridging

make sure u keep the buttons in position and the crosshair is facing straight down. I would also suggest that u try it offline in creative so it goes more fluently without any errors.
