Bedrock EggWars New gamemode and fixes

I would really want an update to the pro`s :)

New Gamemode: Clutch/MLG

Adds: Water Bucket, Powdered snow (1.18+), Lava Bucket, (If you didnt know, in extreme luck you can clutch with a lava bucket :)) Cactus (If you hit cactus before you fall, for some reason you can clutch {very rare}) and boats (but 8 per game)
Update: Low cost of ladders (8 per 1 iron),

or an another gamemode: Pranker

Adds: Cobwebs, Lava bucket, Trap doors, and other prankish-things
Update: All redstone objects low cost :) (half cost)

(tho to myself i think this is a 3/4 good thing)
