I have been banned from discord server for not a good reason

I got banned on discord my user is GMYAZAN , i was never warned, immediatly banned, i only got warned about "spamming" which i didnt even do , i was just telling a user who used swear words to stop or he will get banned people kept saying i was mini moding, i was just giving him advice, there is no reason other than this on why i got banned, reason given was "misuse of channels" which i didnt even do pls check this again , the staff member the banned me is Finxly . Thanks!

I Spoke to the mod and still no reply been about 8 hours and still no reply
