you play aganist people also in mobile, they are also using touch, so if they can do something you can also do.

(observation: sometimes it doesnt work 100% of the time)

then the phrase "just get good" is acctualy the way, train more

like adan said you dont play against pc players anymore(only sometimes but most of the time you will play against mobile if youre mobile) if you play gamemodes like solo skywars you should only be playing against mobile players, for gamemodes like mega skywars theres a higher chance to play against pc players because of party's. so skywars should be way more fun to play as a mobile player now.
