With colony control can you make it when your tower get destroyed where anyone on your team can remove he debris as it's very hard to stay alive when there is no room left and a bunch of debris taking up needed space for more towers

It is possible, but I think instead of removing and replacing buildings they should make it so you can repair them.

I agree with this, with enough gold it should be possible to repair buildings

You can only remove rubble from your own buildings as far as I’m aware. Otherwise it might be a bug.
