i wa thinking that a TWitch rank would be really cool. It could be a new thing no other server does, plus there's people that only stream and mainly use twitch that dont have many subs or views on youtube, Twitch Rank could be the same as Youtuber rank except its Purple.

I don't see need for this. The YouTuber rank is already available for Twitch streamers as well. The current working is fine and too many different ranks would be messy. Also the purple colour is already taken by obsidian rank.

If you click on the link in that thread you'll come to the place where you can apply to be a partner (YouTuber rank). If you scroll down on this page you'll see the requirements for the rank, both for Twitch and YouTube.
