Resolved Connection blocked by a mistake

Hi!

So I got a problem

Yesterday when one of my brothers was playing CubeCraft he switched VPN (Windscribe Deutschland) on by a mistake. Then I am receiving alerts that says „Connection blocked” C864784.

-

According to your information page, I see that „C” error code means that my ip Is banned because of cheating, and I think that VPN IP address was one used to hack by someone else, and CubeCraft connected my account to that one. I can provide VPN logs if needed.

Please help me I don’t know what to do.

VPN incident was happening week or later ago

I think that he was hacking before but he is not banned

Are you sure he wasn't banned?
Because if we was banned before, you were probably banned for "Ban evasion" rather than switching to VPN.
