im sure as per the title of this post, what im asking is easier said than done. But really? Any java player would never want to play on a server like cubecraft because of how poorly all of its games and protocol are coded. Bugs left and right. And cubecraft is supposed to be a featured server? what a joke.

Sure, bugs occur sometimes, but they definitely don't appear in every single game you play, plus the developers handle them fast.
The only thing you can do in order to improve the server's imperfections is to record the bugs and then report them.
And if you are sure, that you have the knowledge to deal with them, then you can take a look at the Developer application and possibly apply if you meet the requirements.
