XP for GL

I think why not most things are unnecessary. And this reduces the toxicity of the Cubecraft community so a +1 from me.

Don't think this would be a good addition since most likely the chat will get spammed with people saying gl in the beginning, I think the gg part is good enough

Isn't it enough that saying "gg" you will get a free xp?
Why this should be added too for "gl", why do we become exploited?

It's always nice to say good luck or saying other things you can receive 1xp. I think I prefer saying it after a game. Maybe the respect if you lose and saying 'GG' to someone. It's the same for good luck but it's not necessary. Actually, I don't give anything about 1xp but it's more about the meaning or the gesture. Why not necesarry? Maybe for spam if everybody does it. And I think 1xp is enough. You won't realise if you received 2xp for a higher level. It's not really needed.
