All Networks Anti-Corona Message

It's not really necessary, but i would like to have an Anti-Corona message everytime when you join the main hub

Just like if you join, it says''Remember to wash your hands!'' or ''Don't touch your face!'' in the chat

In today's Server Capacity Update, Marco stated that it isn't our position to advise on anything related to Coronavirus and COVID-19.
