Java Vote for powerups on Layer Spleef

So right now for voting on Layer Spleef you have two options to vote for Map and Game mode. And within the game modes, there is something called powerups (For example "Speed boost") that can be useful in certain situations. And I was thinking about adding a vote to the voting menu in Layer Spleef to vote for powerups enabled or disabled. Because I myself do not like the powerups on specific game modes.
