This is why upgrades are in the game. You upgrade your towers so they can perform better. You need both a lot of towers but also have them fully upgraded. Upgrades increase the attack speed, not the damage per hit. In turn, faster attack speed = more DPS, just a different approach than extra damage per hit. Same thing in most TD games: it's better to have several really good towers than to have many weak towers, though in this TD game you need both high quality on every tower.

In bloons TD, same thing. When you upgrade the towers for most cases you're not upgrading their damage per se (damage is 1 per tower with a couple exceptions, no matter what you upgrade). You're just upgrading the number of bloons they can pop per attack or their attack speed. It's just a different way to "deal more damage."

I think the towers are fine as it is. The balance in the game right now is practically perfect and would not like to see any changes as of now. Good thought though.

Heya, after a good while years having not appreciated sleep a lot, have I learned things. I have most of the times seen it as a hindrance to things such as relations and projects. But after years I realised that you need to sleep to be well. Both physically and mentally. When I also realized that I could work better and more efficiently, did I try to get more sleep. That reminds me, I need to sleep now hah XD
