The archer kit

I don't know if i'm the only one with this problem but when I join a skywars gamer there is sometimes a dude next to me with the archer kit who start shooting from the beginning. You die when 4 of them hit you which can be very quick. So I suggest to give players at skywars a regen boost for like 20 seconds so people can't spam their bow at the beginning.
