Java Suggestion to set up a server in the Middle East

What is the reason that prevents you from setting up a server in the Middle East?

Especially since now there are a lot of players from the Middle East

This thread explains why they haven't expanded to more servers yet. They want to make sure the NA server works without any mistakes first :)
