Coding Some questions about the freinds plugin.

I have quite a few people on the server who I would like to be able to see when they are on and where they are. I heard about the freinds plugin and it seems that I can.Here are my questions:
1. I am stone rank, soon to be lapiz, does this make any difference to the system?
2. How do I make someone my freind?
3.What can I do differently if someone is my freind?

1. As a stone, you can have up to 10 friends, as a lapiz, you can have up to 30 (I think)
2. /friend add
Then they'll get a thing saying you've sent a friend request, and they'll have to /friend accept {your name}
If /friend add doesn't work, it's possible the person has friend requests turned off in settings (the chest) so they'll either have to send you the request, or enable friends requests
3. /friend list shows you which friends are offline and which friends are online (name will be green), that is the main functionality the system has at this time.
