Some cool ideas

I have a few ideas that would make skyblock a lot more enjoyable with a few more mechanics. Number 1, a mall where players can rent a store to sell customizable items and rarer items which leads to my next idea. Number 2, rare items that you can find with rare enchantments or some custom enchantments which leads to my last idea. Number 3, custom enchantments like a drill enchant in a pickaxe that can quickly sweep out large amounts of blocks when trying to get rid of an island (which is what I’m trying to do), or an enchant that knocks down an entire sapling built tree with one hit at the bottom, or an enchant that breaks blocks From a generator in a certain radius!! Note I play on bedrock and that’s what I would like these changes on but they can be on both if they ever get added!
