I suggest you to remove water placement. In the nether you're also not allowed to place water ;) Btw, water removes the whole point of lava...

If they add this people will die too fast, if someone is placing lava underneath you it's almost impossible to survive.

Well, If you don't want to starve from leave would water be very usefull. Otherwise it's a Classic loot you can get from chests. So I say, to let it stay in the game because water always can save lives ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This map isn't based on a real survival mod. It's just a nether map. Also, There will be no more water mlgs :p
