It is a friendly message to inform players about Sentinel our anticheat and how to report rulebreakers, it is said in chat every hour I think, so you don't need to worry about it ;)

As stated by @LEO_KILLER_01 it is just a friendly reminder and not one that is used as a warning. Every player gets it in their chat every hour or so as a way to inform them about our anti-cheat and our reports system. It is not something you need to worry about. ^-^

The message pops up every hour. I don't believe Sentinel actually warns you. It's a public message. When you are banned or someone else is you will obviously get the ban screen and then will be publicly humiliated when Sentinel announces that you WERE hacking.
