I reported a guy named Fen_da
His skin was the german leader in the WWII (I wrote it this way because I can't write his name)
So I reported but the report got closed

Did you report in game? If so, you can’t quite see if it was closed because he was already warned/punished or because your report was deemed wrong but if it was in the reports.cubecraft.net website, you can see why it got closed
