Is redstone allowed. Automatic redstone farms with clocks and that.

We all know that its about to lagg the server if everyone makes automatic things and maybe we dont even have the abbilty to get redstone

idk but the only think i can do with redsone is a piston than use lava and water to make cobelstone pilars and farm faster.
