Rank payment error

Today I tried to update my rank in the server and it does not let me pay showing me this error.

3032: Sorry, the payment cannot be completed now. Please try again later or contact Xsolla customer support

The card has no problem since my friend paid for his rank first just fine and when I tried to do the same with me afterwards it didn't allow me to. Why?

How can I contact them... when they need a Transaction number to fill in the form... when I dont have it since the playment cannot procced in the first place?
