Has the punishment system changed (is the minimum punishment still 1M?)? And above all, DO PLAYERS STILL HAVE TO MANUALLY WARN???

The system has changed (or will be real soon). 1 day bans and stuff :D. And I think people still have to manually warn? Never heard that we would be able to automatically warn.
