Add a Quest indicator number under players name, which indicates his prog in Skyblock.

variables:
m_max -> number of main quests.
m_cmp -> number of completed main quests.

s_max -> number of side quests.
s_cmp -> number of completed side quests.

h_cmp -> number of completed hidden quests.
v -> value to display.

calculation:
v = m_cmp + (s_cmp * (m_max * 10)) + (h_cmp * ( (m_max * 10) + (s_max * 100) ) );
