Putting Together 40 Person School Yard Pick Style EggWars Challenge!

Are you good at EggWars? Tired of playing against bad opponents and getting easy wins? Well this is the place for you! The GoD Squad (Guardians of Darkness) is trying to put together a 40 person EggWars Challenge that will take place on the TeaParty map!!! A date is yet to be set, as we are waiting for potential participants. This will be a school yard pick with 8 captains choosing from 32 other players. We would like to reserve this for the more experienced EggWars players but if spots aren't filled we will accept other applicants! If you are interested in joining please contact me on discord (@alltop109258) and leave a message saying something like "hey this is stevetheminecrafter and I'm interested in joining the 40 person EggWars challenge! (Don't try to be funny by saying your ign is stevetheminecrafter plz) Also, please leave the rank you are on Cubecraft (this will not affect your chances of being in the 5v5) as to be a captain you must be at least gold rank. This event will most likely happen on a Sunday as most people do not have school or work! If you are in a discord with people you think may want to join in on this event please leave a link to this message there, as the more this message is spread, the higher chance that this event will happen! If you have any questions or suggestions please leave them down below! I will try to answer any question you may have. Rules are pretty self-explanatory. No hacking, period! No cross-teaming, Period! You must be able to at least use discord to hear your teamates (you dont have to talk if you dont want to). Happy EggWars challenges everyone!

You only need to be gold to be a captain (so only 8 people have to be ranked), because that way they can hold 5 people in a party + can vote for OP items and normal health. The other 32 players can be any rank.

If they're noobs then the captains won't pick them (or pick them last) so not a big problem

Its a good idea and all but first it should be in 1.8 because barely anyone plays in 1.9 and the thing that you have to be a gold+ to be captain is stupid

The only reason it is gold+ is so they can carry people in the party, stone can only hold 3 and gold can hold a team of 5

Alright. Good luck trying to get at least 8 gold ranked players + 32 other participants of whom a few might be potential trollers and try to screw up your game all in one single game of TeaParty without having other people fill up the map.

Keep in mind you can only have a maximum of 15 players in one party, so you would have to host 3 parties at once and hope you get all of those players to organize themselves in the correct team manually, since your party won't automatically join a team.

I really hope for you that you've thought this one through.

If you're tired of getting ''easy wins'', then there's also the option to simply play something else instead of wasting your time making up some impractical challenge. Don't get me wrong, I like creative challenges that alternate the game in a funny way, but this challenge is just absolutely terrible and more than a pain to actually organize for you I can imagine.
