Private thread - Forum idea

So I've be thinking.. It would be cool to have one of the options as "Private thread". Basically my idea of a private thread is only members/staff can look at it. Not the robots.

If staff would like to talk to each other on the forums, isn't a conversation thing where you can add who you want to it? This seems unnecessary.
