Java Playtime command

Hey I think adding a /playtime <player> command would be great
It will allow players to see how much time they have spent on the server
If no argument is set it will show your own playtime
If you add a player name as the first argument it will show their playtime instead

That sounds like a great suggestion, I support that!

This would be pretty fun addition to have. Players who have their game statistics set to private wouldn't show up with this command probably though. It could give you a message like "This player has turned their game statistics to private"
