When you have a perm ban on your account can you ever be unbanned?

Yes! You'll have to appeal at https://appeals.cubecraft.net/. If your appeal gets denied, you should contact the staff member who banned you (https://www.cubecraft.net/conversations/add).

When you have been permanently banned, your ban will not automatically be removed, but you can appeal for it to be removed.
