Paintball's War Map Unbalanced

Paintball's War map is unbalanced. Blue's side requires parkour to get to and red's side requires you to go around the fences, but there is still one problem: If you fall into the water when you're on blue's side, you're pretty much dead.

Anybody have any suggestions to fix this?
