Nobody of the mod reply?

Hi! I have upload some threads on the ban department. But nobody of the mods or helpers reply on it? Have i went to the wrong ban place?
Before the update at the cubecraft forums it worked fine but now it's not working :(
I have the tags and proof but so i don't think that's the problem tho.. Help me?

Tha same happens to me , i have reported 3 people with video evidence and there is not any replie...

You can tag players for example: @zRinne and they will get notified of your report making it more likely to be seen :P

Yeah, But i tag like everyone mod/helper who's online but don't getting any comments..

Hmm I don't know what to tell you then you can keep doing this every couple days probably if you really want to

Patience is key. Please wait for a response, as the staff team get a lot of reports per day.

I also had to wait long, but dont worry! They will look at it. You can also try to ask Mods or Admins on the server (mostly in Skywars lobby 1) with /tell. Many times they listen to you
