New/old kit for blockwars

Kit name: alchemist

Gear: wooden sword, wooden pick, and leather chestplate

Ability: slowness mixed with a poison splash potion (every time it's used, it gets it back in 60 seconds)

I like this idea, but I would add a potion more if it was 1:30 minutes
