/report is useless... the staff can't be arsed to actually deal with the situation!

No sir, the developers removed it because people didn't use it properly / not seriously. Staff can be bothered, just can't exactly TP to them mid game, and can't exactly trust them just to ban them.

I disagree with the /ignore command as it would be annoying if you were trying to message someone and they did /ignore, for example team killing in team skywars and you telling them to stop for example
I also disagree with /staff as they would be spammed by people messaging them repeatedly about hackers and trying to talk to them etc.

If they don't stop, report them. BOOM.

But /report doesn't do anything, they'd have to record them with recording software which most people don't have or aren't allowed

Yes but when you do /report, nothing happens - staff don't look at the reports anymore

You can, but they removed the fact that staff can see it, so there is no purpose.
