Here’s my thought on this. Not every action is an immediate network ban, if someone is network banned then it was decided on by the entirety of the admin team. All network bans should be permanently as clearly they have broken some sort of law, or have violated our rules severely.

Then that's for that one specific player. Whether or not you know the exact reason, what you said can't be applied for any other cases.
