Artwork Need a graphics Designer

So,my friends and I are making a modification to minecraft called Middle Earth.
It will add 11 new civilizations to minecraft, 10 new ores, 15+ new tools, 3 guns, 5 new biomes, and 15+ new animals.
So far, we need 2+ graphics deginers (1 to design female npc skins, and the other to designer male npc skins) This is the modification so far cilivations:
Ottomans
Skyples
Roman
Greek
Mobilian
Bandit
Asain
Oterpiras,
Romania,
Skyples:
Each one has 3 different villages in its territory, and a capitol.

im not good at graphics, just drawing... and im not as good at that as most people.... @johncoles could probs find someone for you, also @AIRArt is a graphics designer. But im pretty sure AIRart is money...

He's drawnings are the best most likely, graphics is something hard to do.
