My 11 year old was wrongly "Temporarily Banned!"

He was banned for "Use of illegal client modifications (Sentinel)"

He is not capable of hacking or modifying the game. Can you remove this ban, please. It is very upsetting to him.
He has autism and so his perceived injustice is very hard for him.

You need to be as detailed as you can about his innocence and explain what could have caused his ban.

Also, I suggest you to remove the code appeal because that is private and only you have to know it.

There is a possibility for sentinel (the Anti-Cheat) to false Ban. What this means is that your son could of not been using illegal modifications. In this station I would appeal at http://appeals.cubecraft.net and use the given appeal code. In your appeal please state what you said here. Although you may need to show evidence that he was not using modifications. If it is denied I would contact a Admin. Also my I ask what your son's username is? Thank you and have a good day.
