I think There are a lot of People that already said that but, im trying to play eggwars mega and when i enter to the game, Minecraft crashes inmediatly

I don't think it's related to CubeCraft.

Maybe you can go to #staff-help and they will assist you there, that's because if it happened with more people then it's a bug.

Hello there guys!
From what I've just seen in the staff-help channel, Techno, said they are improving issues with lagg or something like that. I would say stay patient and maybe soon it will be fixed. :)
