For example, when an EU based player queues bedwars, make it so they join a lobby hosted in EU, not NA. It is very infuriating and barely playable when everyone's ping is as shown in the screenshot below:

I agree with you to some extent. Most games are made for EU players, but this change depending on the time. For example, at around 12 or 1am in Spain (GMT+2), and in most of EU, there aren't many EU players online because it is late here.

At the same time, there are more players online from Asia or NA. Because of this, the game may put us in those regions instead, because it doesn't make sense to put us in an EU game when most of the players online at that time are not from Europe, although sometimes we still getting EU games.
