Resolved Losing all items when rejoining skyblock server (Win 10/Bedrock)

Recently i just lost all my stuff while joining skyblock, before that, i'm trying to max out my Shovel level, and when i enter the portal to go back to overworld, i got kicked out and got send back to the Main Lobby, i'm trying to rejoining but failed, something like error message just appear, because i already got this kind of thing i thought rejoining the server will fix the error, and it did, but my items just got lost, gone, vanish.
P.S There is before and after image for evidence

It's okay, i'm just hoping this kind of issue will be fix and never coming back, try to not push yourself dev, goodluck and have a good day!
