Locking Forums?

I'm still getting used to forums, how do I lock an old forum? I've seen that there is a rule to it as well where you have to lock it after two weeks? (Sorry if this isn't posted in the right section, I didn't know where to ask otherwise) Thanks everyone :)

Members can't lock threads, if you want your thread to be locked you can tag and ask a staff member to do this for you.
You don't need to ask a staff member to lock a thread if it's older than 2 weeks, a thread will be locked by a staff member as soon as someone necro-posts on it. (But you can inform people that necro-posting is not allowed when they necro-post and ask a staff member to lock the thread afterwards).
You can post all your questions in the ''support'' section from now on ;).

You do not have permissions to lock :). Just ask a staff member to lock it for you.
