My ign is ShiimeySoccer10, I am obsidian rank, and I don't have my OP Kit on kit pvp 3... neither do I skywars, and I can only see friends chat... how do I change it so I can see public chat... Thanks, ShiimeySoccer10

It's because of the ELUA.

This has been implemented since the games lobby was the main source of harassment and bad language.
