Kicked for 'using VPN'

When my friend (different from last time), it kicks him because it thinks he is using a VPN, and he is sure that he isn't. What is happening?

He's is probabbly using a ip-address that is blocked, because cubecraft thinks that it's a ip address from a VPN.
I am not sure about this, but it's most likely that this is how cubecraft blocks VPNs

They'll have to contact support@cubecraft.net if they are 101% sure they aren't using a VPN.
