Resolved Just to be sure about Map Downloads

So I saw in this thread which from what I read based on what SanCookie said:

"I bet there will be tons of other servers that would plagiarise if the download link would just become available
On Java, if you really want to use a map, you can use a mod called World Downloader"

This was back in April this year and want to ask if it still applies and if there aren't any rule changes that has happened since then up until now.
Since I am on Java and plan on making a video soon that's related to duels on Cubecraft, I want to make use of some maps for some bits in the video.

TLDR:
I just want to confirm I won't get erased (banned) from the planet the moment Cubecraft detects I'm using World Downloader.

Using world downloaders on CubeCraft is not against our rules and you will not be punished for using them. But we do not authorise, approve or condone the downloading and distribution of CubeCraft content, for personal or commercial use. Such as worlds or resourcepacks.
