Is toggle sneak allowed?

Ok, I was looking thru the report guidelines, and it said if a player was using an illegal modification such as toggle sneak, it required a warning. The link - https://www.cubecraft.net/threads/player-reporting-guidelines-and-formatting.136047/

However, on the list of allowed mods and clients, toggle sneak is listed as an allowed utility mod.

Which one is correct? I use toggle sneak and I dont want to get banned. Please show this to one of the mods so they can tell me weather or not toggle sneak is allowed. Thanks :)

It used to be punishable. However, since this feature was added in Minecraft, it is no longer punishable.
