Jokes aside, I don't think it's all too important, considering the Lobby parkour isn't extremely competitive, but it's still a disgraceful sight to see! :p

It is, sort of. Some people even shoot their arrow straight to the finish so their time is 1-2 seconds (yes that's possible).
However, it's not punishable, but it takes away the fun of parkour.

The parkour is actually possible within 22 seconds without the ender bow. My record on the parkour is 23 seconds legitametly and a friend of mine has 22 seconds.

It's not possible to fly to the end. The only way to do this is to use the cowboy gadget. but you need someone with emerald rank or higher

Using your End bow will definetly give u a better time but I don't understand why u should use it, it will take all the fun away. But I wouldnt see this as cheating, I mean it's just a parkour in the lobby. It's not a big deal.
