You can find them by clicking on "members" on the top of the forums, then on "staff". The developers will have green name tags.

Assuming JayDog649 is your in game name, you were banned by the anti-cheat for hacking. You can message an admin or mod here and ask them about it, otherwise your outta luck.

I'd recommend you to appeal. If your appeal is denied and you're banned by Sentinel (our new Anti-Cheat) I'd recommend you to contact one of the Developers (of Sentinel, that's the best). Otherwise contact a Mod.
