Impossible jump

On map Venice if you start on the right side and make it to the wood section there is a impossible jump jumping from a wood mound on to a ladder that’s 1 block off of the water. I don’t know if it was my ps4 or it was glitchy but other player could make the jump on the left side

No jump is impossible, just revisit it later and you’ll probably be able to do it.
