I'm sorry that I can't help you out. But if you see someone using any illegal clients or mods you can always tell staff in CubeCraft's discord here.

It's a known issue. It should work now. It worked for me today so.

If you have tried the in-game command /resgisterreports and it was unsuccessful. You can always re-check your email and go to past received mails and see if you've received any from CubeCraft relating to the report registration. If you don't find any, then you probably did not register with the email you think you've registered with. If you have multiple emails I highly suggest going through them and checking to see which one was the one you actually registered with and then you can repeat the same process to recover your password.
