i have been permabanned for not hacking

i have been banned 3 times two times i had to wait now i got permabanned i did not do anything wrong it said i got banned for hacking while not hacking i just want to play again while sentinal is banning innocent peaple please fix it and unban me

@minecraftyanny Contact a member of staff to resolve your perm ban and I don't think posting a thread about you getting permban is a good idea just contact a member of staff
