I have a blocked connection and I've never played on Cubecraft.

So, when I try to join, it says I have a blocked connection, and it starts with a C which means I'm on an IP where there has been a cheater, that much makes sense. The part that doesn't make sense is that I have legit never played on the server, and my brother (the only other account that has played on this IP) hasn't played in years and never cheated, so I'm just confused.
